Salad is Jeffree White, Matt Burlin, and John Schurman. They used to perform regularly at the Snake & Weasel. Lately they've played in a full, funky jazz band called Five.

Led by Jeffree White, these three guys came in and methodically laid down the tracks for the kickingest song on the potential album.
